*About the Role:*
We are looking for a smart, energetic and self-driven individual to support a Salon Franchise Owner in day-to-day business operations. This is a *dual-responsibility role* — primarily focused on *ground-level marketing* for the salon franchise, along with supporting the owner on *Central Government liaison & documentation work.*
*Key Responsibilities:*
Execute on-ground marketing activities – pamphlet distribution, local promotions, tie-ups, events & awareness drives.
Coordinate with salon branches and track daily footfall & promotions
Assist in preparing documents, applications and follow-ups related to Central Government schemes / tenders / registrations
Coordinate with government offices, track application status and maintain records
Support the owner in scheduling, reporting and administrative tasks
*Who We're Looking For:*
Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication in Tamil & English
Confident, presentable & comfortable with field work
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Prior experience in marketing / field sales
Own vehicle mandatory (field role)
