Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Volkswagen dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, managing customer interactions, handling feedback, and ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the sales and service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Make follow-up calls to customers after vehicle sales and service visits.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction records.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and CRM teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely closure of customer concerns and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor customer satisfaction scores and support improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update customer databases in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement activities and events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer feedback reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or a similar role (automotive experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance.
