POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced PURCHASE MANAGER to manage the complete purchase process for rice products and related materials. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier relationship management skills and knowledge of rice procurement processes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage complete rice product purchase process
- Coordinate with millers, brokers, surveyors, suppliers, and CHA
- Monitor CHA stock levels & ensure timely replenishment
- Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and order status
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate inspections with surveyors
- Resolve supplier issues (delayed deliveries, quality concerns)
- Supervise purchasing staff and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure purchased materials meet company quality standards
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in purchasing/procurement
WORKING HOURS: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Languages: Telugu, English & Hindi (mandatory)
