We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development professionals to drive sales growth, enterprise customer acquisition, and strategic business expansion for our AI product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for NEWTON AI products and solutions.
- Generate enterprise leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with CXOs, business heads, digital transformation leaders, finance heads, operations heads, and IT decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions with prospective clients.
- Understand customer business challenges and position AI-driven automation solutions accordingly.
- Drive consultative and solution-based selling for enterprise customers.
- Manage complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, product, and delivery teams during solutioning and customer engagement.
- Achieve assigned revenue, order booking, and business growth targets.
AI Product Positioning & Solution Selling
Promote and position AI-powered enterprise solutions including:
- Process AI
- WorkAI
- Autonomous Accounts Payable
- Autonomous Supply Chain Management
- Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Workflow Automation
- BPM Solutions
- AI-driven Digital Transformation Solutions
Help customers improve:
- Operational efficiency

Market Development
- Develop relationships with enterprise customers across industries such as:

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and digital transformation solutions.
- Exposure to AI, automation, BPM, ERP, workflow, IDP, or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong business communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales and consultative selling.
- Ability to interact with senior management and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong proposal preparation and solution-selling capabilities.
- Knowledge of sales pipeline management and CRM tools.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling AI, automation, ERP, BPM, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Understanding of business process automation and workflow solutions.
- Experience in enterprise solution consulting.
- Existing enterprise customer relationships will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends and AI adoption in enterprises.
Educational Qualification
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / IT) preferred.
- BE / B.Tech / MCA / Graduate with relevant experience.
Experience
For Executive Role
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or IT solution sales.
For Manager Role
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, AI solutions, ERP, BPM, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
