Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach foundational to advanced Java concepts, including Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Multithreading) and Advanced Java (JDBC, Servlets, JSP).
- Framework Instruction: Guide learners through enterprise frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
- Mentorship & Assessment: Evaluate trainee progress through assignments, quizzes, and live coding sessions.
- Project Guidance: Assist learners in developing real-time, end-to-end applications.
- Career Preparation: Conduct mock interviews, debug code, and prepare trainees for software development job roles.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Java, SQL, and database management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer or Technical Trainer
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
