Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end financial operations of multiple group companies. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in consolidation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and business growth. You will work closely with leadership to provide actionable financial insights across diverse business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accounting & Consolidation
Manage full-cycle accounting for all group entities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements Ensure accuracy and timeliness in books of accounts across Construction, Hospitality, Logistics, and other verticals 2. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC returns Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory requirements 3. Audit & Documentation
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and statutory audits Maintain well-documented records for regulatory and audit purposes Implement and strengthen internal financial controls 4. Financial Control & Operations
Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and inter-company transactions Supervise payroll processing and ensure accurate disbursals Review and optimize vendor contracts and payment cycles 5. MIS & Business Support
Generate MIS reports for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management Support the leadership team with data-driven recommendations Required Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance. CA Inter qualified candidates preferred Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in group companies or multi-entity organizations in Infrastructure, Hospitality, or related sectors Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, advanced MS Excel, and working knowledge of accounting standards under Companies Act and Income Tax Act Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and multitasking ability for handling multi-site accounts Effective communication skills for liaising with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities High integrity and attention to detail
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
