We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Managed Services Team for Regulatory Operations in Transaction Reporting.
In this role, you will oversee the transaction reporting process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, involving team management, developing and implementing operational strategies, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
As part of a high-impact program, the position offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead engagement models, drive automation and data quality initiatives, and serve as a key interface between internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Deal with customer inquiries and requests, managing them efficiently and in a timely manner until resolution

Help clients understand how the solution works and how to resolve reporting issues

Participate in client training sessions and site visits

Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure follow-up and resolution

Assist in validation or UAT for issue resolution

Work on client-specific projects

Oversee the transaction reporting process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage the team and develop operational strategies to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy

Collaborate with legal, compliance, technology, and client-facing stakeholders to drive automation and data quality initiatives
Requirements
-
10-15 years of general IT experience
-
4-6 years of relevant experience in managing a team in the transaction reporting domain

Background in client-facing roles with the ability to adapt communication style to different situations

Knowledge of transaction reporting, BRD, and FRD
-
Expertise in Business Analysis, Agile methodologies, and Requirements Gathering

Proficiency in advanced MS Excel, SQL, and APIs
-
Capability to grasp concepts of a technical nature and demonstrate strong analytical skills
-
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, listen, learn quickly, and demonstrate initiative

Highly motivated, disciplined, and confident team player with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have

Experience in financial services, particularly securities finance

Familiarity with EMIR, MiFID, and ASIC reporting regimes

Understanding of CFTC, SEC, and/or SFTR regulations

Knowledge of other vendor systems
