Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience to manage projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, developers, designers, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, and other internal teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, requirements, and priorities to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective action.
- Manage task allocation and follow up with team members.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Handle client communication and understand project requirements.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to management.
- Ensure effective coordination between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
