About the Role
GM Fabrics is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead the Stella brand across assigned territories. The role involves expanding dealer/distributor networks, driving retail sales, developing business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Stella brand.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Conduct product presentations and market visits.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and customer service teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports.
- Lead and mentor the regional sales team.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of sales experience in fabrics, home furnishing, upholstery, curtains, bedding, or related industries.
- Experience at RSM/Territory Manager/Sales Manager level.
- Strong dealer and distributor network.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
