- Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival, assign rooms, and provide orientation about guest house amenities and local attractions.
- Reservations Management: Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins, and keep room availability records accurate.
- Check-in/Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures, verify identification, and prepare invoices for payments.
- Administrative Support: Answer telephone calls, manage correspondence, and maintain tidy reception and lobby areas.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared prior to check-in.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is a strong plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, guest house, or customer service role is highly preferred, though freshers are sometimes accepted for entry-level roles.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Proficiency with property management software (PMS) and basic computer skills are also essential.
Pay: ₹8,822.41 - ₹25,239.16 per month
