ETP is seeking a Full-Stack Marketing Leader who is AI-first in execution and value-first in strategy. This is not a role for a generalist or a pure delegator. We need a technical leader who has managed high- performing teams and is an AI-native. Your primary focus is the delivery of high-quality MQLs and their conversion into a robust sales pipeline for our unified commerce, e-commerce and omni-channel solutions.
Core Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation (The Hero Metric)
Performance Marketing & MQL Engine: Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy. You are directly responsible for the volume, quality, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) of MQLs across all channels with concentrated focus on PPC (Google/linkedin)
Sales-Marketing Synergy: Tighten the lead handoff process. Ensure MQLs are high-intent and that the Sales Enablement toolkit is optimized for the modern B2B buyer.
2. The AI Pivot & Search Dominance
AEO, SIO & GEO: Transition ETP from traditional SEO to Answer Engine Optimization. Ensure ETP dominates AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) and maintains a high AI Mention Share and Structured Information Optimization (SIO).
Innovate & Experiment: Drive the discovery and integration of new AI tools (e.g., Zoho Marketing Plus, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney) to maintain a competitive edge.
3. The Tech Stack & CRM Architecture
Systems Control: Total authority over the marketing infrastructure. You will be a power user of CRM, ensuring database hygiene and pipeline visibility.
Operational Discipline: Enforce the use of Task Management tools to ensure a cohesive team that operates with precision, meeting deadlines without excuses or internal delays.
4. Technical Agency & Resource Management
"Trust but Verify": Lead SEO, PPC, and PR agencies with an iron grip. You must be capable of auditing code, scripts, and bid strategies yourself to ensure performance, not just vanity metrics.
Resourceful Scaling: Manage marketing expenses with a "founder mindset," optimizing for financial efficiency and outsized ROI.
5. Brand, Content & Events
Brand Authority: Oversight of the "Voice of ETP." You control the website, whitepapers, and thought leadership, Social Media, EDMs ensuring expertise is communicated with absolute clarity.
Integrated Campaigns: Strategy and execution of high-impact industry events and PR across India, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia.
The Ideal Profile
Experience: 13+ years in Marketing, with the last 5+ years focused heavily on B2B SaaS Tech.
Technical Depth: Thorough, hands-on knowledge of PPC, Technical SEO, and the emerging world of AEO/LLM citation.
AI-First Mindset: A demonstrable "AI-first" approach, already using Gen-AI tools to streamline workflows, from data analysis to content ideation.
Leadership Style: A "player-coach" who can set a 12-month strategy in the morning and audit a landing page’s conversion rate in the afternoon.
Mindset: Global approach with a bias for action. Knowledge of the SE Asian and Indian retail market dynamics is a significant plus.
Education: Master’s degree in Marketing/Business from a top-tier institution. English fluency is mandatory.
