Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Admin Intern who will assist in end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, office administration, employee communication, and day-to-day HR activities.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, appointment letters, and related documentation.
- Ensure proper filing of HR documents and records.
- Handle employee and intern communication through emails, Bitrix, and official communication channels.
- Assist employees with basic HR-related queries.
- Maintain proper communication records and documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, events, and fun activities.
- Support initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace culture.
- Coordinate internal communication regarding company activities and announcements.
- Assist in office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain records related to office assets, SIM cards, and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders when required.
- Support day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain HR and Admin documentation accurately.
- Ensure proper filing and record management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ensure documents are organized and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Submit daily work updates and progress reports.
- Take regular follow-ups on assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of activities.
- Escalate delays or issues to the reporting manager when required.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
