About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Content Creator / Photographer to join the marketing team at Zennara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital content that reflects the brand’s premium identity while effectively showcasing treatments, doctors, clients, and influencer collaborations.
This role requires strong photography and content planning skills, coordination across branches, and the ability to work closely with doctors, influencers, and the marketing team to deliver engaging and compliant content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Brand Communication
· Develop accurate, engaging, and informative content featuring medical professionals based on briefs shared by the marketing team.
· Ensure all content adheres to medical compliance standards and brand guidelines.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, plan, and execute content strategies aligned with ongoing campaigns and business objectives.
· Conceptualize and execute premium-quality content for doctors, influencers, and clinic campaigns.
Photography & Visual Documentation
· Capture high-quality before-and-after treatment photographs and videos while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
· Ensure all visual content follows medical documentation standards and brand aesthetics.
· Coordinate with photographers across multiple branches to maintain uniform quality and branding standards.
· Conduct quality checks on all visual and digital content before submission to the marketing team.
Influencer & Social Media Content
· Plan and execute influencer-focused shoots aligned with campaign goals and brand positioning.
· Manage end-to-end coordination for barter collaborations including communication, scheduling, execution, and deliverables.
· Support the creation and management of Instagram, Reels, and YouTube content to maximize engagement and reach.
Shoot Coordination & Execution
· Handle end-to-end shoot planning including scheduling, resource coordination, location management, and execution.
· Ensure smooth on-ground coordination during shoots with doctors, clients, influencers, and branch teams.
· Maintain timelines and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
Content Management & Quality Control
· Review and validate content produced across various branches to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment.
· Maintain a structured repository of all content assets for easy access, tracking, and workflow management.
· Record and maintain documentation of internal training sessions and educational content for future reference.
· Work closely with the marketing team to analyze content performance and implement improvements in style, execution, and engagement strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Media, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation.
· Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
· Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar software.
· Good understanding of branding, aesthetics, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
· Ability to manage multiple shoots and projects simultaneously.
· Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
· Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or aesthetic industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
