Sales Support resource is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to the sales team, primarily focused on maximizing revenue generation by managing customer accounts, processing orders, generating reports, and ensuring smooth customer interactions, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems to achieve sales targets. Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.

Roles and Responsibilities: •"Role Summary The Account Planning Specialist supports the preparation and maintenance of account planning materials by gathering account insights, conducting research, and maintaining structured documentation related to client accounts. The role assists account teams in compiling client intelligence, market insights, and opportunity information that support account strategy discussions and growth planning. Through structured research, documentation, and coordination with sales teams, the specialist helps ensure account planning activities remain accurate, organized, and aligned with client priorities and workforce strategies. Key Accountabilities • Conduct client, industry, and competitor research to support the development of account planning insights and strategic inputs. • Gather and compile account intelligence, client profiles, and business insights from multiple sources including public reports, internal systems, and market research. • Support the development and maintenance of account planning documents, templates, and account strategy materials. • Assist account teams in preparing account planning presentations, briefing documents, and client engagement materials. • Maintain and update account plan trackers, documentation repositories, and collaboration workspaces used by account teams. • Compile opportunity insights, account growth inputs, and client engagement updates to support account planning reviews. • Support the preparation of account review materials and reports used in internal strategy discussions and client meetings. • Track account initiatives, client priorities, and ongoing engagement activities to ensure account plans remain current. • Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and organized storage of account planning materials across shared platforms. • Coordinate with Sales, Client Account Leads, and Sales Enablement teams to collect required inputs and update account planning deliverables. • Develop structured account plan artifacts covering objectives, stakeholders, value plays, and next-step actions based on inputs and research. • Validate, deliver, and iterate on account plans with relevant stakeholders to ensure usability and alignment with evolving account priorities.
