We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA students (HR specialization preferred), final-year undergraduate students, or individuals looking to take their first step into Human Resources and Talent Acquisition while gaining real-world exposure in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is not a passive learning role. You will be directly involved in actual hiring, team building, and people-related initiatives while working closely with founders and business leaders
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Identify and attract strong candidates through different sourcing approaches
- Assist in building hiring pipelines across technology, sales, partnerships, and business roles
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment records
- Support employer branding and basic HR operations
- Contribute to improving hiring systems, workflows, and recruitment processes
- Assist with onboarding, documentation, and other people-related initiatives as required
Who You Should Be
- Currently pursuing an MBA (HR specialization preferred), a final-year undergraduate student, or someone interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
- Candidates from other MBA specializations are also encouraged to apply
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and execution-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to take ownership and work independently without constant guidance
- Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, and startup ecosystems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Prior HR, recruitment, campus leadership, coordination, or startup experience is a plus but not mandatory
- A strong willingness to learn and execute is more important than prior experience
