Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and expanding the company's market presence. The role involves promoting food products, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Develop new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and ensure product availability
- Promote the company's food products and introduce new product launches.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Graduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2- 5 years of experience in FMCG or food industry sales.
- Experience in distributor handling and retail sales preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Market analysis and business development.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
