About the Role
We are looking for a future-ready SEO Specialist who understands the shift from traditional SEO to AI-driven search and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The ideal candidate should focus on search intent, content quality, and visibility across AI-powered search results such as Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize content for AI-driven search and answer engines (AEO)
- Conduct intent-based keyword research beyond volume-based metrics
- Create and structure content for zero-click searches and featured snippets
- Implement technical SEO and schema markup for better AI readability
- Improve E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust) signals
- Collaborate with content teams to build topic clusters and content ecosystems
- Track performance across Google Search and AI visibility tools
- Optimize for multi-format SEO including text, video, FAQs, and voice search
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of AI-powered search and search intent
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
- Knowledge of technical SEO, schema, and site performance
- Ability to create content that ranks in AI summaries, not just traditional SERPs
Preferred Skills
- Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Surfer AI
- Understanding of entity SEO and structured data
- Exposure to content strategy and UX signals
