The Senior Consultant - Supply Chain Design is a hands-on data analyst and modeler within EFESO’s India SCD team. The role prepares and validates data, builds and runs network optimization models, executes scenario analyses, and produces the analytical outputs that underpin EFESO’s network design engagements across the Americas and Europe.
This role is accountable for:

Building, running, and validating network design / optimization models

Executing scenario analyses and producing clear, accurate results

Supporting delivery to EFESO’s quality and methodology standards
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Modeling & Analysis
-
Prepare, cleanse, and validate input data from client and third-party sources
-
Build and run supply chain network optimization and footprint models
-
Configure and execute scenarios; check feasibility and troubleshoot infeasibilities
-
Analyze results and produce clear, accurate outputs and visualizations
Delivery Support
-
Deliver modeling tasks under the direction of a Manager or engagement lead
-
Apply EFESO’s network design methodology and modeling standards
-
Document models, assumptions, and scenarios to team standards
-
Use AI-augmented tools (coding agents, scripting) to work faster and more accurately
Collaboration & Growth

Work with onshore and offshore team members across time zones
-
Communicate progress, issues, and findings clearly
-
Build depth across the network-modeling tool stack and SCD methods
-
Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and internal knowledge
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
5+ years in supply chain analytics, network design, or optimization
-
Strong data skills: Python and/or SQL; comfort working with large datasets
-
Hands-on experience with a network modeling / optimization tool (Coupa / Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic, Lyric, or equivalent)

Experience with optimization solvers (Gurobi, PyOMO) and/or data science

Exposure to inventory optimization

Familiarity with AI-augmented / LLM-assisted modeling tools

Data visualization skills (Power BI or similar)

Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals (distribution, manufacturing, cost-to-serve)

Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving

Clear written and verbal communication

Degree in supply chain, operations research, industrial engineering, or a related field
