Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, website enquiries)
- Counsel students about courses (AI, Data Analytics, Full Stack, etc.)
- Understand student needs and suggest the right program
- Follow up regularly and convert enquiries into admissions
- Maintain lead data and update CRM/records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Required Skills
- Good communication (English + Hindi / Hinglish)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of IT courses (training will be provided)
- Target-oriented mindset
Preferred
- Experience in education sales / counselling
- Freshers with strong communication can also apply
