About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Hospital Administration Faculty member to join our academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom instruction, supporting student learning, and contributing to curriculum development in the field of hospital and healthcare administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom lectures and training sessions in Hospital Administration and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, presentations, and projects.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
- Support internship coordination and industry exposure activities.
- Assist in curriculum development and course updates.
- Participate in academic meetings and institutional activities.
- Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, hospital management, and healthcare systems.
Experience:
- Prior teaching, training, or healthcare administration experience preferred.
