MBA in HR is a must.
Recruitment, screening of candidates and scheduling interviews.
Induction & Joining formalities. Exit formalities.
Performance Management system.
Payroll Processing, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance.
General Administration, Absenteeism, Employee Grievances, Attendance & Leave.
Maintaining employee files and employee database.
Policy formulation.
Propose talent enhancement and engagement activities
Requirements
· Proven experience as HR Generalist
· Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
· Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
· Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
· Additional HR training will be a plus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
