We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development & HR Manager to drive company growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, talent acquisition, and employee management. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Conduct performance review processes and support managers in employee development.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution.
- Assist management with workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, HR, Recruitment, or related roles.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Experience managing recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Development, AI Solutions, Staffing, Consulting, or Technology industries preferred.
