LOCATION: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Responsibilities-
- Replying to resolve customer queries on emails and calls.
- Reviewing sales insights and using them to develop informed sales strategies
- Handling sales and listings for UK Ecommerce platforms-Amazon, ebay etc
- Placing orders with suppliers through emails and calls.
- Chasing courier companies to track the orders.
- Liaison with the warehouse team based in the UK
- Handling product catalogues for inventory
Qualifications-
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- High Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and typing
