Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia, conducting cold calls, following up with prospects, generating new business opportunities, and converting leads into sales.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle and respond to enquiries/leads received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers for lead generation.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company's products/services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for further processing.
- Maintain and update lead/customer details in Excel/CRM.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Generate daily/weekly calling and sales reports.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and online lead platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–1 Year; Freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and telecalling.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and Internet.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
