Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12–15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) to achieve sales goals.
Monitor daily calling activities, lead follow-ups, and sales conversions of the team.
Drive B2B sales initiatives and support the team in identifying new business opportunities.
Assist team members in deal negotiations and closing high-value deals when required.
Track team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve productivity.
Ensure the team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Review sales pipelines, follow-ups, and lead management to maximize conversions.
Conduct sales meetings, role plays, and performance reviews with the team.
Support the team in client presentations, product demonstrations, and communication when necessary.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and sales processes.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist in resolving escalations.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
