Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Design long-term organizational growth strategies, identify new market segments, and conduct competitor and SWOT analyses.
- Partner & Client Acquisition: Build and nurture strong pipelines of high-value prospects, strategic partners, and key accounts.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead complex negotiations, structure commercial agreements, and close high-stakes contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align BD initiatives with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer success.
- Revenue Forecasting: Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and forecast revenue to meet aggressive business targets
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from Reputed instute
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of blended experience in HR, Business Partnering, or Sales/Business Development.
