Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visually compelling designs that align with our brand strategy. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking, with the ability to guide junior designers and manage high-impact projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of high-quality visuals across digital and print platforms
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create strategic design solutions
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and direction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Oversee creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Review and approve design work to ensure quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative design ideas
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills and creative thinking
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Pay: ₹16,013.65 - ₹35,000.00 per month
