1. Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Collect customer data through field visits and online sources
- Support the sales team in generating new leads
2. Field Marketing Activities
- Visit market areas, clients, and businesses for promotions
- Distribute company brochures, catalogs, and marketing materials
- Promote company products/services in assigned locations
3. Client Coordination
- Assist in follow-ups with prospective customers
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain good customer communication
4. Sales Support
- Support senior sales executives in achieving targets
- Help in preparing quotations and presentations
- Assist in order processing and documentation
5. Reporting & Data Management
- Submit daily field visit reports (DVR)
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client details
- Update reporting sheets regularly
6. Digital & Promotional Support
- Assist in WhatsApp marketing and social media promotions
- Support in promotional campaigns and events
- Coordinate with the marketing team for branding activities
7. Professional Discipline
- Maintain punctuality and professional behavior
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Participate in training and team meetings
KPI / Performance Targets
- Number of leads generated
- Daily field visits completed
- Client follow-ups completed
- Sales support task completion
- Reporting accuracy and submission
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Confidence in field interaction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
