Oversee the production process and manage the production team effectively.
· plans and supervises manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and quality-compliant production of components.
· Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control.
· Problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability in a dynamic production environment
· Exposure on Quality Management System adherence to quality standards like AS9100.
· Exposure on Customer compliance including statutory and Regularity requirements.
· Leadership to conform all functions within the plant to ensure plant objectives are met..
· Exposure on development all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the Plant, equipment and the resources are effectively utilized to ensure maximum production efficiency and quality targets are achieved as per plan.
· Exposure on PPAP Document requirements of the customers and maintain APQP.
· Inventory Planning .
· Lead to interact with the local suppliers for material and equipment’s requirement, along with the Plant Purchase Cost Savings.
· Exposure on to reductions in scrap cost, in- process wastage cost, maintenance cost, Energy cost, etc.
· identify opportunities to improve processes to increase productivity with implementation like KANBAN, Kaizens, Poka-yoke, 5S etc. at the Plant.
· Lead to form CFTs in the Plant to address specific issues or to undertake improvement projects in the Plant to ensure cross - functional participation in process/product improvement..
· Lead to recruit and manage a talented and motivated team including line supervisors and operators.
· Lead to provide leadership and direction to all factory staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained and developed, and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
