- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software reliability and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-team communication to align project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Strong expertise in monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning to maintain system reliability.
- Experience with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational processes.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective resolutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
