Position: Senior Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Senior Accountant to join our Accounts Department.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8 years of accounting experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and oversee all accounting operations.
- Assist the Accounts Head in managing the department.
- Supervise and guide all Assistant Accountants.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, bank reconciliation, payroll support, and other accounting activities.
- Monitor receivables, payables, credit control, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, discipline, and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of all areas of accounting and finance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting software, Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
