Job Requirements
Drive Customer service deliverables across the jewelry network of (city) territory / region and expanding service access in line with all boutique’s (product sales coverage).Responsible for territory / regional service centre & network service requirements Servicing of after sales products – ensuring repair / modification quality, on time service, lead time reduction, cost reduction Drive modification services within region, place relevant processes and methodology and achieve revenue target Responsible for regional stores service TAT, Quality, Revenue and initiatives Anchor Karigar Recruitment process and drive skill upgradation program for store Karigars Drive various service programs and initiatives across network Ensure Vendor lead time, Payment and on time material reconciliation Developing new vendors & management for service vendors in the region Co-ordination with internal supply departments such as commercial systems, technical services in day-to- day execution and improvement areas Analyzing & providing feedback to mfg on factory defects for preventive action
Work Experience
Any Graduate / Postgraduate / Diploma with 3-5 years experience in jewellery industry, preferably in Studded Jewellery manufacturing / Inspection areas. Certification / experience in gemology will be added advantage Knowledge / Certification in Diamond and color stone System knowledge and presentation skills Passion for Customer service Good communication skill with proficiency in Hindi & English.
