About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic MarCom Executive to manage marketing communications, event promotions, artist coordination, brand visibility, and public relations. The ideal candidate should have experience in event marketing, social media campaigns, artist management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events and artist promotions.
- Coordinate with artists, talent agencies, influencers, and event partners.
- Manage brand communication across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Develop promotional content, press releases, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Organize and oversee event marketing activities, launches, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, sponsors, and strategic partners.
- Manage social media calendars and coordinate with creative agencies.
- Track campaign performance, event ROI, and prepare marketing reports.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless event execution.

Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in marketing communications, event management, entertainment, media, or artist relations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with event companies, entertainment agencies, music labels, artist management firms, or media organizations.
- Strong network with artists, influencers, event vendors, and media partners.
- Experience in campaign planning, sponsorship coordination, and event promotions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
