About the Role:
Realty Mart is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive exclusive real estate project sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
As the primary point of contact for buyers, the BDE will play a key role in maximizing sales, strengthening client trust, and enhancing the developer's brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
Study local property trends, competitor projects, and buyer preferences.
Identify potential micro-markets and customer segments.
Analyze market opportunities to support targeted sales campaigns.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate leads through digital marketing, referrals, brokers, channel partners, and events.
Convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Project Promotion
Promote exclusive real estate projects and communicate their unique value proposition.
Conduct property presentations, roadshows, and exhibitions.
Create awareness about project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the single point of contact for prospective buyers.
Ensure smooth communication throughout the sales cycle.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Negotiation & Closure
Present pricing, offers, payment plans, and financing options.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while maintaining profitability.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordination with Developers
Work closely with developers and internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Provide feedback on customer concerns and market responses.
Support successful project launches and promotional campaigns.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain CRM records of leads, client interactions, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance and pipeline status.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation.
Understanding of RERA compliance and local property laws.
Ability to network with brokers, investors, and corporate clients.

Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Real Estate Sales or Sole Selling Projects.
Lead generation and client acquisition.

Digital marketing exposure, including social media and online lead generation.
Knowledge of project promotions and real estate branding.
Familiarity with RERA regulations and documentation.

Lead generation and conversion ratio.

Compensation:
Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

- Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
