Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell jewellery products by visiting retail jewellery stores, dealers, distributors, and potential business clients. The candidate should have excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit jewellery retailers, dealers, distributors, and prospective clients regularly.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Present jewellery collections, product catalogues, and pricing to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records of daily sales visits and submit activity reports.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for timely order processing.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in jewellery, gold, diamond, silver, luxury retail, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is an added advantage.
