Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up on vehicle deliveries, service reminders, and customer retention activities.
Requirements
- Any Graduate/Diploma.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
