Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical Google Ads ROI Manager to drive maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and optimize campaign profitability across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve ROI and ROAS targets
- Develop strategies focused on cost efficiency and conversion improvement
- Monitor CPA, ROAS, and profitability metrics daily
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions
- Perform advanced optimization on bids, budgets, and audiences
- Prepare detailed performance and ROI reports
- Ensure Google Ads policy compliance and account health
- Lead A/B testing and scaling strategies
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR)
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage large budgets and multiple accounts
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Google Ads Certification preferred
- Graduation in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads campaign optimization experience
- Proven track record of improving ROI/ROAS
