About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Python Trainer cum Program Coordinator who is passionate about teaching and student engagement. The ideal candidate will deliver Python training while coordinating student outreach, lead generation, and program management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 2 hours of Python training daily.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain student records.
- Manage student database and attendance.
- Interact with college students, explain courses, and convert leads.
- Generate student leads through social media.
- Post training updates on social media.
- Achieve enrollment targets.
Required Skills
Strong Python knowledge, communication skills, MS Office, social media awareness, and coordination skills.
Eligibility
Bachelor's/Master's in CS/IT or related field. Experience preferred; freshers with strong Python knowledge may apply.
Working Hours
Full-time (1 year). 2 hours of training daily; remaining time for coordination, counselling, lead generation, database management, and marketing.
Pay: ₹12,078.54 - ₹20,095.92 per month
