- Pastoral Care: Monitor student welfare and often act as a form tutor or mentor, guiding students in both academic and personal growth.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: A relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce along with a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed.).
- Experience: Proven experience teaching the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum or similar UK-based curriculums.
- Skills: Strong subject knowledge, excellent interpersonal communication, and proficiency in using digital educational tools.
