We are seeking an experienced team leader to oversee our IT infrastructure operations and manage network operations team.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Network Infrastructure
- Monitoring and managing office IT & network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Access Points, and other network hardware.
- Driving network optimisation, performance tuning, and infrastructure upgrades to improve reliability and scalability.
- Handling firewall management, including policy creation, traffic segregation as per business requirements, blocking unauthorized traffic, firmware upgrades, and security hardening.
- Performing network device upgrades, configuration backups, and troubleshooting across multiple locations.
- Managing overall IT helpdesk operations, ensuring timely troubleshooting and user support across the organization.
- Managing ISP monitoring and coordination, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Managing end-to-end IT & network asset lifecycle management, including asset procurement, allocation, budgeting, compliance tracking, vendor coordination, and hardware issue resolution.
- Ensuring system compliance and security standards are maintained across all IT assets and infrastructure.
Team Management
- Managing the NOC team, including roster planning, hiring, performance management, and budget oversight.
- Providing technical support for broadband customers and ensuring service stability.
- Supporting engineers during complex technical issues and ensuring knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborating closely with senior and higher management on operational planning and strategic improvements.
Incident & SLA Management
- Monitoring and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure service excellence.
- Leading incident management processes, coordinating with management during critical issues.
- Preparing and sharing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Actions (CA), and Preventive Actions (PA) reports with stakeholders.
- Continuously working on improving network security posture and operational resilience.
Hotel Wi-Fi & Remote Site Management
- Monitoring and managing hotel Wi-Fi infrastructure (including UniFi devices) to ensure maximum uptime.
- Performing firmware upgrades and proactive maintenance of hotel network devices.
- Coordinating with the AU team for on-site support requirements when physical presence is needed.
- Providing after-hours support when required to maintain SLA commitments or restore high-priority faults
Access & Cloud Administration
- Enabling and disabling user access during onboarding and offboarding processes and managing user access control for portals.
- Administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including user lifecycle management.
- Conducting cybersecurity awareness training for new joiners and administering security assessments.
Experiences & Skills
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Operations or Network Operations, with at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience working within an ISP, or a complex enterprise environment. Prior exposure to cross-border collaboration, particularly with Australia, is highly regarded.
Desirable Certifications:
- CCNA/CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional).
- FCA/ FCP (Fortinet Certified Associate/ Professional)
- Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals or Administrator Associate.
- UEWA (Ubiquiti Enterprise Wireless Admin) or similar Wireless certifications.
- ITIL Foundation (for Service Desk Management).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
