LIVE MEDICAL SCRIBE – PRIMARY CARE
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Experience: 6 Months–1 Year
Shift: US Working Hours Employment: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Live/real-time scribing for US-based Primary Care providers.
- Document patient encounters accurately in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Capture HPI, ROS, physical exam, assessment & plan, diagnoses, medications, labs, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- 6 months–1 year medical scribing experience.
- Mandatory hands-on eCW experience.
- Prior live scribing experience required.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and Primary Care workflows.
- Excellent English listening, comprehension, typing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working US night shifts from India.
- Only candidates with relevant live-scribing and eCW experience should apply.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
