- Inspections and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, structural components, and finished PEB products, ensuring they comply with the project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitoring Production Processes: Oversee and monitor the entire manufacturing process, from raw material sourcing to the fabrication of steel components, ensuring quality control at every stage.
- Coordination with Teams: Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure consistent product quality.
- Support in Pre-fabrication and Installation: Provide quality control support during the pre-fabrication phase and assist with on-site inspections during the erection of the PEB structures.
