As an Application Security Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly reviewing and integrating all application requirements with a focus on security aspects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
- Continuously monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend appropriate architectural adjustments.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application security best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Defined Network and Operations.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and their application within software defined environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures that support application security requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex security architectures and provide actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption methods, and access control mechanisms relevant to software defined networks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security issues within network operations to maintain system integrity.
