We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales Manager for our showroom in Jodhpur. The candidate will be responsible for handling showroom sales, managing customer interactions, and driving revenue growth across our range of electronics products, including ACs, refrigerators, and home appliances.
This is an on-site role involving direct customer handling, team coordination, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience. Candidates with prior retail experience will be preferred, while enthusiastic and quick learners are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations
- Attend to walk-in customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise revenue
- Guide and supervise sales staff for better performance
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation
- Handle billing, basic stock tracking, and coordination
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
