Job Description:
Responsible to manage the construction of industrial , warehouse and commercial buildings in chennai region, This position offers exposure with Design Build, Design bid Build projects within turnkey construction and General contracting business models.
Need to collaborate with other construction management professionals,Clients, Contractors, Labors in a structured environment that leverages the best tools, techniques and technologies in the industry.
Responsible for day to day management of the project, overall project deliverables - timely completion, cost control, quality of construction and project safety.
A strong leader with a flexible team player.
