Job Description:
Infinity is hiring 15 Laundry Assistants for our student laundry facility located at Onakkoor, Piravom. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for stable, long-term employment close to home.
No prior experience is necessary! Full training on how to operate the machines and manage the laundry process will be provided by our team. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Sorting: Separate student clothes by color, fabric type, and student tokens.
- Washing & Drying: Load and unload commercial washing machines (60kg capacity) and dryers under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Ironing & Folding: Neatly fold, iron (if required), and pack the clean clothes.
- Packing: Organize clothes into individual student bags ensuring no items are mixed up or lost.
- Keep the laundry work area clean and organized.
Requirements (Who can apply):
- Education: Basic literacy (Ability to read and write names/numbers).
- Experience: Freshers are completely welcome. Prior experience in house-keeping, laundry, or tailoring is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand for long periods and handle bundles of clothes.
- Language: Must speak and understand Malayalam.
- Location: Must be a resident of Piravom, Onakkoor, Maneed, Pampakuda, Mulakulam, or nearby areas for easy daily commuting.
