About the Role
Axionz Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to support our students in securing employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with employers and students, coordinate recruitment activities, and ensure a smooth placement process. Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source job opportunities for students by connecting with companies and recruiters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, HR professionals, and industry partners.
- Maintain regular communication with students regarding job openings, interview schedules, and placement updates.
- Conduct follow-up calls with students and employers to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between students and recruiting companies.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, placement events, and walk-in interviews.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and student profiles.
- Collaborate with trainers to prepare students for interviews, aptitude tests, and recruitment processes.
- Track placement outcomes and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Provide career guidance and support students throughout the placement journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in customer service, sales, administration, HR, education, or any client-facing role are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in making follow-up calls and communicating with corporate clients.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
