Position: STEM Trainer
Location: Pune Kondhwa
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative STEM Trainer who can inspire students through hands-on learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The ideal candidate should be able to conduct engaging sessions, develop practical learning experiences, and encourage problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive STEM sessions to students.
- Conduct hands-on activities, experiments, and project-based learning.
- Teach concepts related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Robotics, and Coding.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials aligned with STEM education goals.
- Encourage creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking among students.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize STEM workshops, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of STEM concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Passion for education and student development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or related technologies.
- Knowledge of project-based and experiential learning methods.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
