Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing & E-commerce Intern to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates, undergraduate students, and final-year students who are passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and AI tools. The selected candidate will gain practical industry experience while supporting day-to-day marketing and online business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Conduct online market research and competitor analysis.
- Create marketing content using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva.
- Maintain CRM records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for ongoing campaigns.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Handle customer communication through WhatsApp, email, and other online channels.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Perform other administrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate, Undergraduate, or Final-Year Student in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Bengali language skills will be an added advantage.
- Interest in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and AI-based tools.
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT, Canva, or similar productivity tools is preferred.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Stipend
Up to ₹6,000 per month
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
