Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, analytical, and highly motivated Article Assistants who have cleared either one or both groups of the CA Intermediate examinations. As an Article Assistant at our firm, you will gain hands-on, practical exposure across diverse areas of entry-level public accounting, corporate compliance, and taxation. You will work closely with qualified Chartered Accountants and senior consultants, directly contributing to real-world client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory & Internal Audit: Assist in executing statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for corporate and non-corporate clients in accordance with ICAI Standards on Auditing (SAs).
- Direct & Indirect Taxation:
- Assist in preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and performing data reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs. Purchase Register).
- Prepare data for Income Tax returns (ITR), TDS compliance, and advance tax computations.
- Support the team in compiling documentation for tax assessments and appellate procedures.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting: Verify client financial statements, books of accounts, and ledger entries using accounting software (such as TallyPrime).
- Banking & Financial Services: Participate in bank audits, concurrent audits, and verify asset classification (NPA norms) and compliance reporting.
- Corporate Law Compliance: Assist in preparing drafts, resolutions, and filings for MCA/ROC compliances.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous audit working papers, verification checklists, and client communication logs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: CA Intermediate (Preference given to candidates who have cleared both groups).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of the Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Companies Act, 2013.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client coordination.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced professional environment.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
